VERY GOOD vintage condition Red Wing Crazy Rhythm lidded casserole from 1955-56!! Extremely rare piece from a very hard to find pattern. 11 5/8″ long x 7 1/2″ wide Glaze is mostly glossy and bright with some VERY hard to see surface scratches in a VERY small side area. We only noticed them with our fingernail and can view them only in specific light angles. ONE small chip on underside of interior rim, as shown in 4X zoom pic. This small chip cannot be seen with lid on and even with lid off from most angles, as it is on the UNDERSIDE of the interior lid rest rim. ONE very small punt mark on rim of bottom base, as shown in 10x zoom pic (final picture). This appears to us to be a normal manufacturing divit from firing kiln, as it is partially glazed. To be expected from hand fired mid century pottery pieces. Otherwise, excellent vintage condition with no loss to pattern and no other chips, cracks, or crazing. Here is a very nice 10 inch cast iron Chicago Hardware Foundry Dutch Oven with Lid Cover. Beautiful Hammered Finish and In Super nice Condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs. It sits flat with the slightest hint of wobble (on glass top range) opposite the handle side. The inside cover has a large letter A stamped into it. There are no other markings that I can see. The inside Diameter is 9 7/8″ and the outside Diameter is 10 3/8″. Very clean and ready for seasoning! Please View Photos for detailed condition.
